Warranty & After-sales

What is covered, what is not, and what to do the day something looks wrong.

Every batch we dispatch carries a number that traces back to the exact production run, the mix and the test result. If material fails because of how it was made, that is our problem to fix.

What is covered: manufacturing defects, dimensional variation beyond tolerance, and strength below the specified grade.

What is not: breakage after unloading, damage from incorrect installation, staining from hard bore water, and colour variation between batches ordered months apart — which is normal for any pigmented concrete and why we recommend ordering a full requirement together.

If something goes wrong

How a claim actually gets handled

01

Tell us within the unloading window

Transit breakage has to be recorded while the truck is still at your site. After that nobody can tell where it happened.

02

Send photos and the batch slip

Every dispatch carries a batch number. With that and a few photos we can trace the exact production run.

03

Replacement or credit note

If it is a manufacturing defect we replace the material or issue a credit note. We do not argue about a genuine defect.

Next step

Send the drawing. Get a quote with a date on it.

A rough quantity and a pin code is enough to start. Most quotations go out within one working day.

  • Samples couriered before you commit
  • Freight quoted separately and honestly
  • Test reports available with any order
