Custom Fabrication Works is part of the Partitions & Fabrication range manufactured by Kamad Infratech.
MS and aluminium fabrication that supports the rest of the facade work: railings, canopies, louvres, pergolas, gates, staircase structures, signage frames and substructure steelwork.
Done in our workshop with proper welding, grinding and primer, then site-fixed and finished. Because the same team does the facade, the fabrication actually lines up with the cladding grid instead of fighting it.

STRUCTURAL SPECIFICATION

Designed specifically as non-load bearing facade cladding, solar screen louvers, or architectural partition masonry. Free-standing perimeter walls exceeding 3.0 meters in total height mandate structural steel or concrete column anchoring ties for wind load stability.
Mandatory: Use 6mm dowel ties every 3rd course on exterior screens.

Thoroughly clean and level the concrete base beam, lintel, or floor slab prior to first course alignment.

Mortar / Adhesive Specification
Use polymer-modified tile adhesive or 1:3 cement-sand mortar matrix maintaining a uniform 8-10mm joint spacing.

Alignment & Structural Reinforcement
Check vertical plumb with spirit level. Embed 6mm MS/SS dowel rods every 3rd course into adjacent structural columns for rigid anchoring.
