## Dispatch

The quotation states the expected dispatch timeline after the product, quantity, destination and payment terms are confirmed. Custom colours, custom sizes and new moulds may require additional lead time.

The confirmed quotation states the expected dispatch timeline. If circumstances affect that timeline, the customer is informed as early as reasonably possible.

## Freight

Freight is quoted separately, per truck, to your delivery pincode. We do it this way so you can see exactly what transport costs instead of finding it buried inside a rate.

Unloading is in the buyer’s scope unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. Please have labour ready — detention charges from the transporter are passed on at actual.

## On delivery

Check the consignment while the vehicle is still at your site. Transit breakage must be recorded on the delivery challan at that moment, with photographs, and reported to us the same day. Once the truck leaves, nobody can establish where the damage happened.

Where batch tracking applies, keep the batch reference shown on the dispatch documents; it helps us trace a complaint to the relevant production run.

## Returns

Precast material is made to order and cut into a site programme, so it is not returnable simply because plans changed. We do take material back or replace it where:

– there is a manufacturing defect;
– dimensions fall outside normal tolerance;
– strength is below the specified grade;
– we dispatched something other than what was ordered.

In those cases we replace the material or issue a credit note, whichever suits you better. Raise it through the warranty page or write to kamad.infratech@gmail.com with the batch number and photographs.

## What is not covered

Breakage after unloading, damage from incorrect installation, staining from hard bore water, and colour variation between batches ordered months apart — which is normal for any pigmented concrete, and the reason we recommend ordering a full requirement together.

## Payment

Advance against a proforma invoice for new buyers. Running accounts and rate contracts are available once we have worked together. GST is charged as applicable at the time of dispatch.
