## What this website is

It is a catalogue and an enquiry channel. Product specifications, images and technical values are published in good faith and kept current, but they are **not an offer**. A binding commitment exists only when we issue a written quotation and you confirm it, or we accept your purchase order in writing.

## Prices and quotations

We do not publish fixed prices. Rates depend on quantity, colour, thickness, and freight to your delivery pincode, and they move with cement and transport costs. Every quotation carries a validity date; after that date it must be re-issued.

## Product information

Concrete is a cast product. Weights, dimensions and colours carry normal manufacturing tolerance, and pigmented shades vary slightly between batches produced months apart. Photographs and the wall visualiser on this site are indicative — screen colour is not a colour standard. Where exact matching matters, ask for a physical sample and order the full requirement together.

## The tools on this site

The quantity calculator, wall visualiser and comparison tool are planning aids. Their output is an estimate based on the data we publish, not a bill of quantities. We confirm quantities against your drawing before dispatch, and we are not liable for a shortfall or excess arising from an estimate used without that confirmation.

## Your responsibilities

When you use the enquiry, quotation, review, careers or dealership forms you agree to give accurate information, not to submit anyone else’s personal data without their permission, and not to use the forms for spam, abuse or anything unlawful. We may refuse or remove any submission, and we moderate reviews before publishing.

## Intellectual property

The design, text, product photographs, drawings, CAD files and the Kamad Infratech name and mark belong to KAMAD INFRATECH. You may download and use the catalogue, specification sheets and CAD blocks for the purpose of specifying or buying our products. You may not resell them, present them as your own, or use our product photographs to sell someone else’s material.

We link to Google Maps, WhatsApp and our social profiles. What happens on those platforms is governed by their terms, not ours.

## Liability

We are responsible for the material we supply, on the terms written into the quotation. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss — delay costs, lost profit, or a decision taken purely on information read on this website without a written quotation. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

We try to keep the site available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may change or withdraw any part of it without notice.
