Testing is part of production, not an afterthought

Every batch of cement product is sampled and tested before it leaves the plant. Clay products are sorted for size and strength. Cladding panels arrive with the manufacturer certificates that a fire consultant will actually ask for.

What we test

• Compressive strength, batch-wise, against IS 2185 and IS 1077 as applicable
• Water absorption
• Dimensional tolerance and squareness
• Abrasion resistance on paving products
• Colour consistency across production runs

Documents we can supply

• Batch test reports
• Material test certificates
• Fire rating certificates for ACP and HPL
• Finish warranty documents for cladding panels
• GST compliant invoicing and e-way bills

Third party testing

If your consultant wants samples sent to an independent NABL laboratory, we will arrange it and share the report directly. This is a normal request on institutional and government work and we are set up for it.
