Lotus Terracotta Jali is engineered for both structural beauty and climatic efficiency across diverse commercial, hospitality, and residential architecture:
Cuts direct solar heat gain by up to 65% while providing continuous cross-ventilation and diffused natural daylight.
Creates high-security, wind-resistant decorative boundary walls that maintain visual privacy without creating a solid barrier.
Durable, maintenance-free balustrades that withstand high-rise wind loads and monsoons without rusting.
Elegant spatial dividers for luxury villas, resort lobbies, and contemporary apartments.
Ensure the RCC slab or plinth beam is level and cleaned. Lay the first course on a 15mm thick mortar bed (1:3 cement-sand mix).
For freestanding walls taller than 1.8m (6 ft), install 8mm or 10mm vertical TMT rebar through joint channels every 3-4 blocks, anchored to the concrete beam.
Maintain uniform 8-10mm mortar joints. Use plastic tile/block spacers for laser-straight horizontal and vertical alignment.
Water-cure the completed masonry wall for minimum 7 consecutive days. Apply a clear siloxane hydrophobic sealer or exterior breathable paint.
