A dated schedule per stage, updated weekly, with the critical path visible rather than implied.

One person accountable for the duration, reachable directly, who attends site meetings.

Sub-frame, cladding, glazing, fabrication and finishing sequenced against each other instead of each arriving when convenient.
Single point of liability
If something is wrong, it is ours to fix. You do not arbitrate between a supplier and an installer.

How the work runs
Each stage has a named owner and a date, so you always know what is happening and who to call.
- Scope walkSite visit or drawing review to establish what is actually in scope and what is not. Ambiguity is priced badly, so we remove it first.
- Fixed proposalA scope document, a programme with dates, and a price. Exclusions are listed explicitly rather than left to interpretation.
- MobilisationMaterials ordered, drawings issued, crew and supervisor assigned, site access and storage agreed.
- ExecutionStage-wise work against the programme with weekly written progress and photographs.
- Quality and snaggingJoint-by-joint check, snag list issued and closed before handover rather than after.
- Handover and defect periodDocumentation pack issued and the defect commitment begins from the handover date.
FAQ
Questions we get asked
What does turnkey actually include?
Design coordination, material supply, fabrication, installation, site supervision and handover documentation under one contract. What it excludes — civil work, scaffolding, power, storage — is listed explicitly in the proposal so there is no argument later.
Is turnkey more expensive than buying material and hiring a contractor?
On the line item, usually slightly more. On the finished job, frequently less, because the cost of a mis-sequenced trade or a material that does not fit the sub-frame lands on you in the split model and on us in this one.
How is progress reported?
Weekly, in writing, with photographs and the programme marked against actual. If a date slips you hear it from us with the revised date, not from the site.
What happens if something is defective?
It is ours to rectify, whether the fault is in the material or the installation. That single point of liability is most of what you are buying.
What size of project do you take?
From a single elevation to multi-building work. Below roughly a few hundred square feet a turnkey contract is heavier than the job needs and we will say so and quote supply-only instead.
Do you work outside Rajasthan?
Yes. Material dispatches nationally and we mobilise crews for projects that justify it. For distant small jobs we will usually recommend supply with drawings and a local fixing contractor, and say why.
